I have lived here for nearly a year and it is a beautiful place to live! My only complaint is regarding the smoke alarms. They are too sensitive and go off way too often. Other than that, I love this place!

I love the amount of security and communication available with property management. The technology and digital portals add convenience. 4 stars for quality of materials used in construction and building (for example; Ikea type cabinetry not self closing, walls not square, baseboards have gap from uneven floors, electrical panel, wifi and media ports could've been placed in more efficient locations. I believe there is ongoing construction and noise level between units could be disruptive early AM and evening, there may be energetic children stomping and playing above your unit. Sound absorbing barriers could have better results from late night stomping or playing. Be sure to ask who is above your unit when selecting your apartment home. Each apartment is spacious and thoughtful with storage and closets being walk in. The master bedroom is larger than the family home I moved from including the bathroom and closets and am additional 2 feet wider than my old bedroom with king bed. There are community events planned to facilitate networking and ice breakers for residents. Everyone seems delighted to live here so far. The amenities seem promising once all areas are accessible and able to be reserved, the parking garage is tight and residents must be careful as there are no corner turn mirrors to indicate head on traffic/moving from one level to another. There is no garden, or outdoor green space. This is mostly concrete walk with area for dog walk. This is non-smoking, healthy living environment with some green certification. I respect this policy as drug use is prohibited whether medically licensed or not, plan to indulge off property. The mailroom and package acceptance is secure with some deliveries possible at doorstep once entry codes are established. We also anticipate easier access for deliveries and programming of the front entrance for guests access. All in all lots of potential. First units were ready for move in early summer 2021. My move in was 9/7/21. There is a train track and busy Crenshaw Blvd, traffic noise level is tolerable. Train is immediately north of property and loud about twice a day. Fire department is across the street, sirens are pretty loud. This is city living, with windows closed the noise level is tolerable if you have been used to living near a busy street. There are restaurant spaces hopefully we will see a great local neighborhood eatery there in the near future🤞🏽😀. The vibe is like hotel living. Heated pool and game rooms are available to break up your stagnant home routines.

Hello I'm a current resident of Millennium south bay, I must say my unit mixed with the location and what I am paying for rent is wonderful. The reason for this email is a Incident between me and the Manger Kristie last week, my Neighbors, about me are extremely loud so I stopped by the office to see what could be done so me and my child could get proper sleep at night. I explained to her it isn't walking it's extremely loud stumping between 1 and about 3 A.M here is the reason for this email she asked me to show her she needs a demonstration to put in the report so it can be accurate, I said I don't think that's a good idea it's pretty loud just please explain to them your His neighbor underneath you is trying to sleep. Kristie said Warren show me,so I tapped the edge of her table just with my finger tips and she got extremely agree raised her voice while pointing her finger at me saying staop why would you do that that was extremely unnecessary stop it right now. This was done in front of her coworkers and a possible tenant that was very Embarrassing and belittled. So I let her finish talk and then asked why would you ask me to go ahead and demonstrate even though I made it clear I didn't feel comfortable doing that it's extremely loud then Insist and go off on me she started smile and saying will I need details as if she never snapped on me, I will be finishing out my lease but if she in a elevator I will be taking the stairs that was very scary and traumatizing.
